Gallery-wrap canvas prints
Gallery-wrap canvas prints offer a clean and intimate presentation that focuses on the image itself without matting or glare from glass. The image is copied and wrapped around the stretcher so the print is complete without a frame. Compared to matted prints, the canvas prints look more like paintings, but preserve the rich colors, tonal depth, and fine details of a traditional photograph. For a given wall space or visual weight you should generally choose the next larger size for a canvas print than you would for a matted print. Since the canvas print is ready to hang, the total size and cost is usually about the same, but you get a larger and more detailed image with the canvas print.
Before printing, extra image data for the gallery-wrap border is generated by copying and mirroring in Photoshop®, so as to preserve the exact original composition. We then make the print using the Epson Stylus Pro 9880 printer with Epson Ultrachrome K3™ archival pigment inks and Epson Signature Worthy canvas. After the print has dried thoroughly it goes to a spraying room for two heavy coats of Ecoshield varnish. This protective coating helps to bring out the depth and clarity of the image and allows the canvas to be cleaned with a damp cloth. We build a custom wooden stretcher frame and stretch the canvas to make the gallery-wrap. The finished canvas prints are ready to hang, but those who prefer can add a frame.
Matted prints on glossy photo paper
If you are adding to an existing collection of matted and framed photographs, or if you prefer the more traditional photographic presentation with a mat, frame, and glass, then you may want to order your print on luster or glossy photo paper, mounted and matted, ready to frame.
We make each of these prints using the Epson Stylus Pro 9880 printer with Epson Ultrachrome K3™ archival pigment inks and Epson Premium Glossy or Luster Photo Paper. After drying, the print is dry mounted onto acid-free mounting board. Our archival mats are 100 percent rag, acid free and buffered. We mat our prints with a quarter inch border on top and sides and three quarter inch at the bottom for the signature. If this is not the look you want contact us and we will mat to your specs. Dimensions below include the mounting board and mat. The picture itself is smaller.

Limited Edition Monochrome Prints
All monochrome prints are limited to editions of 25 in all sizes larger than 5x7. Papers are Hahnemuhle with the paper type that is best suited to the subject. All prints have a minimum of a half inch border. These prints are sold unmounted and the sizes are of the actual image. The paper itself will be larger. The images may be printed on merchandise such as cups or T shirts and the limited edition limits will not apply.

Prices do not include shipping. Almost any size up to the maximum can be produced with the price interpolated between the nearest published sizes.
